Order preparationتجهيز الطلب
In-stock items are prepared after payment and fitment approval. Special-order items begin only after the customer accepts the supplier estimate.
تُجهز القطع المتوفرة بعد الدفع واعتماد التوافق، ولا يبدأ الطلب الخاص إلا بعد موافقة العميل على تقدير المورد.
Delivery estimatesالمدة المتوقعة
The estimate shown or sent with the order is not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs, supplier, carrier and regional delays may affect timing.
المدة الموضحة أو المرسلة مع الطلب تقديرية وليست موعد وصول مضمونًا، وقد تتأثر بالجمارك أو المورد أو شركة النقل أو المنطقة.
Trackingالتتبع
When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent using the order contact details and can be reviewed on the Track Order page.
عند توفر التتبع يُرسل رقم الشحنة عبر بيانات التواصل المسجلة ويمكن متابعة حالة الطلب من صفحة تتبع الطلب.
Receiving the shipmentاستلام الشحنة
Inspect the outer package before acceptance when possible. Report visible damage or missing parcels promptly with photos of the package and label.
افحص التغليف الخارجي قبل الاستلام متى أمكن، وأبلغ سريعًا عن التلف الظاهر أو النقص مع صور الطرد وملصق الشحن.
Address accuracyدقة العنوان
The customer is responsible for a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Re-delivery costs caused by incorrect details may be charged.
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم هاتف متاح، وقد تُحتسب رسوم إعادة التوصيل الناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة.
Large or fragile partsالقطع الكبيرة أو الحساسة
Wheels, lighting assemblies and large body pieces may use special handling or freight. The applicable method and cost are shown before fulfilment.
