What coverage meansماذا يشمل الضمان
Coverage applies to verified defects within the stated term, subject to inspection and the manufacturer or supplier conditions communicated with the order.
تسري التغطية على العيوب المؤكدة خلال المدة الموضحة، بعد الفحص ووفق شروط المصنع أو المورد المبلغة مع الطلب.
Installation recordsسجل التركيب
Keep the invoice, packaging and workshop invoice. Photos, diagnostic reports, coding logs or proof of professional installation may be required.
احتفظ بالفاتورة والتغليف وفاتورة الورشة، وقد تُطلب صور أو تقارير فحص أو سجلات برمجة أو إثبات تركيب احترافي.
Common exclusionsاستثناءات شائعة
Coverage normally excludes accident damage, misuse, incorrect voltage, water ingress caused by installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear and installation on an unverified vehicle.

Brakes and wear itemsالفرامل والقطع الاستهلاكية
Pads, discs and similar wear items are assessed for manufacturing defects separately from wear caused by driving style, heat or track use.
تُقيّم الفحمات والهوبات والقطع الاستهلاكية للعيوب المصنعية بشكل منفصل عن الاستهلاك الناتج عن القيادة أو الحرارة أو استخدام الحلبة.

Contact us before removing or shipping the part. Provide the order number, VIN, mileage, installation date, symptoms and supporting photos or diagnostics.

Resolutionالحل
After approval, the remedy may be repair, replacement, supplier assessment or refund as applicable. Labour and secondary costs are included only when expressly stated.
