Eligible conditionحالة المنتج المؤهلة
Items must normally be unused, uninstalled, unprogrammed and complete with original packaging, accessories and labels unless the return concerns a confirmed defect.

Special-order itemsالطلبات الخاصة
Parts sourced or configured specifically for a VIN, coded module, colour or specification may not be returnable after supplier commitment except where mandatory rights or a confirmed supply error apply.

No return is approved until the product is inspected or sufficient evidence is reviewed. Shipping instructions must be followed to avoid damage or delay.

Wrong or damaged itemقطعة خاطئة أو تالفة
Report a wrong, incomplete or transit-damaged item promptly and keep all packaging. We will verify the case and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund path.
