These terms govern use of the website and orders placed with Outline Automotive. Product-specific terms shown before payment also apply.تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام الموقع والطلبات لدى أوت لاين أوتوموتيف، كما تسري شروط المنتج الموضحة قبل الدفع.
Vehicle fitmentتوافق السيارة
Customers must provide accurate vehicle details. VIN, chassis, facelift, body style, coding and current-part photos may be required before an order is approved.
يلتزم العميل بتزويد بيانات السيارة بدقة، وقد يلزم رقم الهيكل والشاصي والشكل ونوع الهيكل والبرمجة وصور القطعة الحالية قبل اعتماد الطلب.
Prices and availabilityالأسعار والتوفر
Displayed prices are in SAR unless stated otherwise. Special-order availability, package contents, delivery timing and final price are confirmed before fulfilment.
الأسعار المعروضة بالريال ما لم يذكر غير ذلك، ويتم تأكيد توفر الطلب الخاص ومحتويات الطقم وموعد التوصيل والسعر النهائي قبل التنفيذ.
Orders and paymentالطلبات والدفع
An order is accepted when fitment and payment are confirmed. A cart submission alone does not guarantee stock or compatibility.
يُقبل الطلب بعد تأكيد التوافق والدفع، ولا تعني إضافة المنتج للسلة ضمان التوفر أو التوافق.
Installation and codingالتركيب والبرمجة
Professional installation may be required. The customer is responsible for following supplied instructions and using a qualified workshop where specified.
قد تتطلب القطعة تركيبًا احترافيًا، ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية اتباع التعليمات واستخدام ورشة مؤهلة عند اشتراط ذلك.
Intellectual propertyالملكية الفكرية
Outline Automotive branding and site content may not be copied for commercial use. Manufacturer names and marks are used only to identify compatibility; Outline Automotive is an independent store.
لا يجوز نسخ هوية أو محتوى أوت لاين أوتوموتيف تجاريًا، وتُستخدم أسماء وعلامات المصنعين للتعريف بالتوافق فقط؛ المتجر مستقل عنهم.
Applicable rightsالحقوق المطبقة
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. If a product-specific written term conflicts with a mandatory requirement, the mandatory requirement prevails.
لا تستبعد هذه الشروط حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية، وإذا تعارض شرط مكتوب خاص بالمنتج مع متطلب إلزامي فيسري المتطلب الإلزامي.
